Jamie and Tuckett were a delight to work with! For this wedding, we used three floors at the University of Utah's Rice Eccles Stadium. The happy couple was married on the 4th Floor with stunning views of the entire Salt Lake Valley. Friends and family enjoyed appetizers such as never-ending shrimp, sushi, and a gourmet cheese presentation. Ice sculptures from Swanavation and a breathtaking floral display completed the appetizer station.
Everyone then went upstairs for dinner, including carved shoulder tender and turkey breast, sweet potato souffle, mashed potatoes and gravy and our house favorite, creamed white corn.
To finish the evening, guests enjoyed made-to-order dessert crepes and dancing.
