6000 guests came together for the University of Utah Hospital Grand Opening. They toured all the floors of the new West Wing, visiting patient rooms, nurse's stations and treatment areas. With a different menu on each floor, it was an incredible day! Guests enjoyed beautiful fruit and vegetable presentations, assorted domestic cheeses, sandwiches, hot appetizers such as spanokopita and raspberry brie bites and finished the tour off with assorted desserts. What an amazing new facility!
