


Friends and supporters of the Utah Heritage Foundation came together for their annual Barn Party. The celebration was at the historic Grand Hall at The Gateway in downtown Salt Lake City. Menu items included BBQ Chicken, Carved Steamship Roast Beef, and Cowboy Potatoes. For a Western themed dessert, nothing could be more delicious than Croissant Bread Pudding and Pioneer Apple Cake with Whiskey Sauce. With a great band, fabulous dinner and amazing auction items, the evening was an unqualified success!
